  • How are your products selected?
    Every product offered on InukoNeko comes from a search for quality partners. Above all, we want to offer reliable, high-quality products that you won't find on dropshipping sites. The items you order are shipped from our workshops, and not by a third party.
  • What are the shipping times and methods?
    You can choose between 2 shipping methods: ► Mondial Relay Following your order, an email will be sent to you to indicate the Relay Point of your choice. If you do not reply, the nearest Point Relais will be selected by default. ► Colissimo Delivery within 24/48h after dispatch, your Colissimo will be given to you without signature. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order. They are free from 80€ (except for Sturdi Products). Shipments are made once a week.
  • What payment methods are available?
    You can pay for your order by : ► Credit card ► Paypal
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Once your order has been prepared or shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If your order is being prepared, it is possible to modify or cancel it. In this case, please contact us via the Contact page. All orders are deemed not to be modifiable or cancellable once the dispatch note has been issued.
  • I made a mistake in the shipping address. Can I change it?
    If your order is still being processed, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact section. If your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
  • Which countries do you deliver to?
    We deliver worldwide. For shipment to Metropolitan France and Belgium, you can choose between Colissimo and Mondial Relay. For other countries, or France DOM-TOM, shipment will only be made by Colissimo or Chronopost.
  • How can I track the shipment of my order?
    When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail will contain a tracking number, which will enable you to follow the progress of your parcel through our partners.
  • Can I retract my order?
    As stipulated by law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, with no obligation to justify your decision. As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions, your order can be returned to us, provided that the items are in their original condition (still in their original packaging, unused, etc.). For any retraction, please send us an e-mail to inukonekoshop@gmail.com with the following information: ► your first and last name ; ► your order number ; ► the products to be returned; Please note: ► you are responsible for return shipping costs ► for a tracked return, always keep the proof of deposit ► for a return without tracking, and if the package is lost, we will not be able to refund you.
  • What do I do if an item doesn't suit me or has arrived damaged?
    ► In the case of an item that does not suit you: If you have received your item less than 14 days ago, and if it is still in its original packaging and has not been tried/used, you with the possibility of returning your item to us (see the question "Can I retract?"). ► In the case of a damaged item: If you have received a defective or damaged item, please notify us on your delivery note, present in the parcel, and send us a photo of the item still in its original packaging, to inukonekoshop@gmail.com This will enable us to take the necessary steps.
