SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of each parcel.

Shipments are made once a week.

 

 

Shipments can be made by:

► Colissimo: tracked shipment and 48-hour delivery (for mainland France).

For international deliveries, delivery times may vary.

 

 

► Mondial Relay: tracked shipment and delivery between 3 and 5 working days (for metropolitan France).

An e-mail inviting the Customer to select the Relay Point of his choice will be sent to him after validation of your order, to the e-mail address co-communicated.

If the Customer does not make a choice within 72 hours of the request, the nearest Point Relais will be selected by default.

 

 

InukoNeko is not responsible for any delays in delivery beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

 

 

In the event of a lost parcel, a form certifying that the Customer has not received his order will be sent to him by e-mail, to be returned to inukonekoshop@gmail.com.
InukoNeko will request an investigation from the shipping service chosen by the Customer (Colissmo or Mondial Relay). 

The shipping service may ask the Customer to open an investigation of its own.

InukoNeko will keep the Customer informed of the progress of the investigation.
 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As stipulated by law, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, without obligation of justification (the date of delivery of the order being taken as proof).

 

 

 

 

 

 

For any retraction, the Customer must send an e-mail to inukonekoshop@gmail.com, with the following information:
► first and last name ;

► order number ;

► products to be returned;

 

 

Please note:

► return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense ;

► the return must be made by tracking, and the Customer must keep the proof of shipment.
